James Taylor has a background in traditional art receiving a BFA from Calvin College with an emphasis in graphic design. Began working professionally as an inker, illustrator and graphic designer in 1997 and continues to do so while branching out with more personal work for various shows.
James has inked more than 100 titles and over the last few years has mostly worked for Penny Farthing Press. He has also done toy licensing art for Hasbro/Mattel, illustrations for advertising and a few books as well. Currently resides in Mill Creek, WA, working from home and inspired by his family.
I can give a pretty complete list of credits if you want. For Penny Farthing Press, which are the most current comics, I worked on: Stuart Moore's Para, The Victorian, Decoy, Loch: Threats from Above, and Anne Steelyard graphic novels written by Barbara Hambly
