Kris Carter Born in South Boston first discovered his love of the comic
book medium after reading Wolverine #17 back in 1989. Having no
formal training he set about teaching himself the art of comic book
penciling. Starting late at the age of 22 Kris pushed himself to polish up
his skills and try to make a career out of illustration. In 2002 his first
published work, The Original Nine, was published for Wizard World
Boston by Wicked Good Comics. From there he has continued to work
on many independent books such as Grimm Fairy Tales for Zenescope,
The Sire for Aftershock comics, and Fist of Justice for Digital Webbings.
Kris is currently penciling the licensed movie property book
Leprechaun for BlueWater Comics. Kris resides in Dracut,
Massachusetts with his lovely wife Sarah, and his awesome son Kris.
